Program Description
The Kids Hope Alliance (KHA) is making an impact on the local early learning and childcare communities through the professional development of classroom teachers, increasing access for at-hope children to early learning programs, and raising the quality of those programs.
The Kids Hope Alliance, in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Duval County (ELC) provides services for school readiness and childcare financial assistance. The ELC has four primary goals:
- To prepare children for success in school
- To involve parents as their first teachers
- To have an integrated and seamless system of services that is implemented through local coalitions
- To be coordinated funded and integrated to achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
