About the Programs:

The Jacksonville City Council Page and Group Tour Programs seek to give youth of every age the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of local government. 

City Council Page Program 

The Pages will work before and during a City Council meeting and help with tasks assigned by the Legislative Services Division. 

Please note that an Adult/Guardian/Parent is required to accompany youth participants in the City Council Page Program.

City Council Group Tour Program 

Student groups participating in the program will receive a special guided tour of City Hall, participate in mock ordinance activities, and meet with a City Council member(s) and staff.

Additionally, Group Tour participants must be accompanied by staff at a minimum of a 1:20 staff to student ratio.
